BHSWC is black-owned and operated, prioritizing people of color in faith communities. Our staff reflect the people we desire to serve, as reaching the most vulnerable is ultimately beneficial to all.

Mission

To increase health literacy, access to quality healthcare, and supportive services to improve health outcomes and  the quality of life for marginalized populations.

Vision

To become a lead peer-based organization in the Southeastern region providing innovative and culturally responsive services addressing chronic diseases impacted by social determinates of health.
